Hello there,
I need two NEMA 23 Stepper motors for my project that I am currently working on. My tasks includes working inside a chamber, where the conditions are "High temperature(200°C) with Vacuum(10^-5 mbar)". I will be doing motion control in XY directions automated for which I need the motors. I know since it is a vacuum chamber, Vacuum rated motors are suggested, but i would like to try, how the other alternatives work.
My chamber has possibility of active water cooling for temperature management and available vacuum feed-through for cables and wires, important is that the Chamber doesn't have a clean room environment.
I already see that there are motors available which are rated upto 180 Deg C (Insulation Class H) , I would like to have few more customisations for these motors:
Can I get the same motors rated upto 220 Deg C (Insulation Class C)
Can I get solid lubricants like graphite since vacuum environment
Can i bake the motors to limit the outgassing in the chamber
I would like to know a rough quotaion for the motors.
