The SXG5080 is a motorized ballscrew linear slide designed for precision positioning and automation tasks. It features an 80mm-wide aluminum alloy base, providinglinear motion through an SFU1605 ballscrew and dual MGN12 linear rails. The module supports both Nema 17 and Nema 23 stepper motors for flexible integration in motion systems.
Features:
Ballscrew and Rails: Equipped with an SFU1605 ballscrew (C7 accuracy, 16mm diameter, 5mm pitch) and two MGN12 linear rails for guided linear motion.
Stroke Range: Available in effective strokes from 100mm to 300mm. Total length = stroke + 110mm.
Material: Base plate made of aluminum alloy; ballscrew and rails made of carbon steel and bearing steel.
Load and Speed: Horizontal load capacity up to 60kg, vertical load capacity up to 30kg, and maximum travel speed of 500mm/s.
Repeat Positioning Accuracy: 0.02–0.03mm.
Motor Compatibility: Compatible with Nema 17 and Nema 23 stepper motors (motors not included).
Mobile Panel Size: 50×80mm.
