Description
The DDCS V4.1 3-4 axis motion controller is designed for stepper and servo systems. It is developed based on the DDCS V3.1 with updates in software and hardware.
The controller adopts an ARM + FPGA architecture. The ARM processor manages the interface and G-code interpretation, while the FPGA executes motion algorithms and generates control pulses. The system operates on a Linux-based platform.
The DDCS V4.1 features a compact layout with 17 composite keys that function as both control and numeric keys. It supports a standard Fanuc-compatible G-code set. The unit can be panel-mounted into a control box or cabinet with four locking hooks.
